Common use of K-Sea as Agent for Borrower Clause in Contracts

K-Sea as Agent for Borrower. K-Sea shall be deemed the agent of Borrower in any matter arising under this Agreement and Lenders shall be entitled to rely on the actions and communication, or lack thereof, of K-Sea as being the actions or communications or lack thereof of each and every Borrower with respect to this Agreement.
