Kamada Non-Compete Sample Clauses

Kamada Non-Compete. As long as the Distributor has and maintains exclusive rights hereunder, Kamada and its Affiliates shall not directly or indirectly market, sell or distribute in the Territory the Product or any Third Party Product, subject to Kamada’s right to co-promote by appointing sales representatives pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof. Kamada declares that, as of the Effective Date, neither it nor its Affiliates are a party to any agreement or arrangement with any person or entity, nor shall they enter into any agreement or arrangement, during the Term, with any person or entity, which conflicts with or derogates from the exclusive appointment of the Distributor as set forth in Section 2.1 hereof.
