KBR Under No Obligation to Maintain Plans. Except as specified otherwise in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall preclude KBR, at any time, from amending, merging, modifying, terminating, eliminating, reducing, or otherwise altering in any respect any KBR Plan, any benefit under any KBR Plan or any trust, insurance policy or funding vehicle related to any KBR Plan (to the extent permitted by law) in accordance with the applicable governing plan documents.
