Common use of Keeping Secrets Clause in Contracts

Keeping Secrets. With the exceptions in Section 7.3 (Work with Open Software Communities), unless compelled by a Legal Requirement, Company and Developer agree not to: 7.2.1. disclose each other's Secrets to anyone 7.2.2. use each other's Secrets for any purpose but Project work 7.2.3. use or disclose each other's Secrets in violation of any Legal Requirement 7.2.4. help others disclose or use each other's Secrets in these ways
