Kellanova Liabilities. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Kellanova Liabilities” shall mean all Liabilities of either Party or the members of its Group as of the Effective Time, other than the WKKC Liabilities, it being understood that, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Kellanova Liabilities shall include:
