Keys and Alarm Code. The keys and a code to the alarm system will only be issued to the Renter. The Renter is responsible for ensuring that the alarms are set and the keys are returned. The Renter shall be responsible for any damages, liabilities, claims, or losses of any kind whatsoever, incurred by the Renter’s failure to properly arm the security system and secure the Community Hall, or return the keys to the Association. A false alarm triggering a security system call or police response will result in a fee, equal to 50% of the deposit amount. The Renter will be charged a re-keying fee if the rental keys are not returned to the business office before 1:00pm on the following business day.
