Keys and Openers. At Closing, Seller shall provide Buyer with all keys, door openers, codes and other similar equipment pertaining to the Property.

If Buyer’s possession is after closing, Seller shall provide Buyer with one set of keys to the Property at closing and all keys at the time of possession.
