Common use of Keys and Original Documents Clause in Contracts

Keys and Original Documents. Keys and/or security key cards or access to all locks on the Real Property in Seller’s or Seller’s property manager’s possession and originals or, if originals are not available, copies, of all of the Property Documents, to the extent not previously delivered to Buyer. The items to be delivered by Seller in accordance with the terms of Subsections (a) through (m) of this Section 7.3 shall be delivered to Escrow Agent no later than 5:00 p.m. Central Time on the last business day prior to the Closing Date, and the items to be delivered by Seller in accordance with the terms of Subsection (n) of this Section 7.3 shall be delivered outside of escrow and shall be deemed delivered if the same are located at the Property on the Closing Date.
