Common use of KEYS, END OF LEASE TERM Clause in Contracts

KEYS, END OF LEASE TERM. Landlord shall give the keys to Tenant at the start of the Term only if all Rent/Deposits payments have been made by Tenant as promised and all required documentation is provided. The Premises shall not be deemed vacated until Xxxxxx returns all the Keys to Landlord and the last occupant has vacated. If there is more than one Tenant, this means that all keys from all occupants must be returned.
