Keys to Offices. Two keys will be issued for each tenant’s space. The principal of the Tenant will sign for the keys upon issuance. The Tenant may make additional copies of the keys as needed. It will be the responsibility of the Tenant’s principal to keep track of those persons to whom he has issued keys. All keys and photo IDs must be returned to the Landlord upon termination of the Lease or a $15 penalty per item charge will be deducted from the security deposit held by Landlord.
