Common use of KidsCare Waiting List Clause in Contracts

KidsCare Waiting List. Families with children on the KidsCare waiting list who are notified by the State will have the opportunity to apply for the KidsCare II program. In order to be determined eligible for KidsCare II coverage, children must have income at or below 175 percent of the FPL, and have no outstanding KidsCare premiums and must meet all other eligibility requirements. KidsCare premiums must be paid before a child can enroll in the KidsCare II program. Once determined eligible, a child will remain in the KidsCare II program if otherwise eligible until the program ends on December 31, 2013.
