Kitchen Cleaning. Clean the exterior and interior (where accessible) of all microwave ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers Thoroughly clean all countertops, tables and chairs and the entire kitchen area to include cleaning and polishing the sinks so as to be clean and bright, free of dirt, dust, spots, stains or debris. Clean, dry and return to their appropriate storage area any eating utensils, dishes, glasses, cups or kitchen implements that may be present. The dishwasher at the Town Hall shall be run at least twice per week by the contractor using appropriate cleaning agents.
Kitchen Cleaning. Kitchen floors in each kitchen shall be stripped and waxed once a year. Overhead vents in kitchens shall be steam cleaned and vacuumed every month in use. Additional hours may be added to custodial staff for this purpose or schedules shall be rearranged by the Building Administrator.
Kitchen Cleaning. Cleaning of the kitchen furnishings, crockery and cutlery is the responsibil- ity of the renter and is not included in the final cleaning.

To the extent consistent with applicable law, Employee shall not engage in any other business duties or pursuits whatsoever or, directly or indirectly, render any services of a business, commercial, or professional nature to any other person or organization, whether for compensation or otherwise, without the prior consent of the City Manager, except that: (1) The expenditure of reasonable amounts of time not in conflict with the City's needs and interests, for educational, charitable, community, and professional activities, shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement and shall not require prior consent. (2) This Agreement shall not be interpreted to prohibit Employee from making passive personal investments or conducting private business affairs if those activities do not materially interfere with the services required under this Agreement or create conflicts of interest.
