Kitefaster’s Data Subject Request Assistance. Customer agrees that Kitefaster will (taking into account the nature of the processing of Customer Personal Data) assist Customer in fulfilling any obligation to respond to requests by data subjects, including if applicable Customer’s obligation to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights laid down in Chapter III of the GDPR, by complying with the commitments set out in Section 9.1 (Access; Rectification; Restricted Processing; Portability) and Section 9.2.1 (Customer’s Responsibility for Requests).
