Klamath Basin Adjudication. The Parties agree that upon execution of this AIP, the Parties who are claimants or contestants in the Klamath Basin Adjudication (Adjudication) will support extending the deadline for the filing of exceptions in the Klamath County Circuit Court by 90 days. Nothing in this section or this AIP is intended to state or imply that there is any other limitation on the Parties’ participation in the Adjudication apart from the 90-day extension.

  • Competent Court The Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of this offer to purchase.
