Know How Disclosure and Transfer. Commencing promptly after the Effective Date, Progenics shall disclose the then existing Progenics Know-How and then existing Know-How included in the Wyeth Collaboration Know-How and the Wyeth Collaboration Joint Know-How to Ono necessary for the Collaboration.
