Common use of Know-How Clause in Contracts

Know-How. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement including the Retained Rights, PFIZER hereby grants to LICENSEE a non-exclusive, sublicensable (subject to Section 2.2), royalty-bearing right and license to use the Know-How for the purpose of the Development and Commercialization of the Product in the Field within the Territory.

Know-How. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement including the Retained RightsAgreement, PFIZER hereby grants to LICENSEE a non-an exclusive, sublicensable (subject to Section 2.2), royalty-bearing right and license to use the Know-How for to Develop and Commercialize the purpose of the Development and Commercialization of the Product Products in the Licensed Field within the Territory.

Know-How. Know-How. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement including the Retained RightsAgreement, PFIZER hereby grants to LICENSEE a non-exclusivean exclusive (even as to PFIZER and its Affiliates), sublicensable (subject to Section 2.2), transferable (in accordance with Section 17.1), royalty-bearing right and license to use under the Know-How for to Use the purpose of the Development and Commercialization of the Product Products in the Field within the Territory.
