Know Your Customer and Other Documents. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have received documentation and other information required by bank regulatory authorities under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the USA PATRIOT Act and such other documents, filings, instruments and papers relating to the documents referred to herein and the transactions contemplated hereby as any Lender or the Administrative Agent shall reasonably require;
