Know Your Customer Information. The Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Paying Agent and each Lender shall have received all documentation and other information required by regulatory authorities under applicable “Know Your Customer” and Anti-Money Laundering Laws, including the Patriot Act. If the Borrower qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, the Borrower shall have delivered a Beneficial Ownership Certification to the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Paying Agent and each Lender.
