Common use of Know Your Customer Laws Clause in Contracts

Know Your Customer Laws. Promptly, following a request by any Lender, the Borrowers will provide all documentation and other information which such Lender may reasonably request in order to comply with its ongoing obligations under applicable “know your customer” Laws in effect in Canada and the United States, including without limitation the USA Patriot Act and FATCA and any similar law. The Borrowers authorize any Lender to request and obtain such information from any Person. The Borrowers also acknowledge that pursuant to such laws and regulations each Lender is or may be required to obtain, verify and record information which allows such Lender to identify each Borrower in accordance with said laws and regulations.
