Executive states and represents that Executive has carefully read this Agreement and knows and understands the contents thereof, and that Executive has executed the same as Executive’s own free act and deed. Executive also acknowledges that Executive has had the opportunity to ask questions about each and every provision of this Agreement and that Executive fully understands the effect of the provisions contained herein upon Executive’s legal rights.
