Common use of Knowing Covenants Clause in Contracts

Knowing Covenants. The parties hereby represent to each other that the covenants and agreements provided for in this Agreement have been knowingly and voluntarily granted after thorough consultation with counsel as to the binding and irrevocable effect thereof. Based upon consultation with counsel, the parties hereby represent and warrant to each other that this Agreement is binding and enforceable in accordance with its terms.
