Common use of Knowing Waiver Clause in Contracts

Knowing Waiver. Executive has been advised to consult with an attorney of his our own choosing before signing this Agreement, and has had an opportunity to do so. Executive agrees that he has read this section carefully and understands that by signing this Agreement, he is waiving all rights to a trial or hearing before a court or jury of any and all disputes and claims regarding Executive's employment with the Company or the recruitment to or termination thereof (except as otherwise stated herein).
