Common use of Knowledge and Experience of the Company Clause in Contracts

Knowledge and Experience of the Company. The Company is experienced in evaluating and investing in securities of companies in a similar circumstance and acknowledges that it can bear the economic risk of its investment and has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters that it is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of an investment of a nature similar to that contemplated hereby. The Company is relying solely on its own counsel and other advisors for legal, financial and other advice with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents.
