Common use of Knowledge and Investigation Clause in Contracts

Knowledge and Investigation. The rights of any Indemnified Party under this Article IV will not be affected by any investigation conducted or any knowledge acquired (or capable of being acquired) at any time whether before or after the execution of this Agreement.
