Knowledge and Other Matters. Whenever the term “to Borrower’s knowledge” or any similar phrase is used in this Agreement or any other Loan Document, the same shall mean the actual knowledge, after due inquiry and investigation, of (a) Borrower, and (b) each Affiliated Manager with respect to the Properties it manages.
