Knowledge and Other Matters. Whenever the term “to Borrower’s knowledge” or any similar phrase is used in this Agreement or any other Loan Document, the same shall mean the actual knowledge, after due inquiry and investigation, of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, the general manager of the Property and any Person who succeeds to their positions.
