Common use of Knowledge of Financial Situation of Borrowers Clause in Contracts

Knowledge of Financial Situation of Borrowers. Each of the Lenders represents and warrants to the Agents that it has made its own independent investigation of the financial condition and affairs of the Borrowers and each Guarantor in connection with the making and continuation of its Participation in this Agreement and that it has not relied on any information provided to it by any Agent in connection herewith or therewith, and each represents and warrants to the Agents that it shall continue to make its own appraisal of the creditworthiness of the Borrowers and the Guarantors from time to time.
