The Subscriber acknowledges that the Subscriber has been offered the opportunity to obtain additional information, to verify the accuracy of the information contained in the SEC Documents, to evaluate the merits and risks of this investment with independent advisers and to ask questions of the Company and Xxxxxxx X.
