Knowledge Qualifications; Schedules. (a) Any representation or warranty qualified to the “knowledge of Seller” or “to Seller’s knowledge” or with any similar knowledge qualification is limited to matters within the Actual Knowledge of the individuals listed on Schedule ‎16.13. As used herein, the term “Actual Knowledge” means information personally known by such individual.
