Where any representation or warranty is expressly qualified by reference to the knowledge of the CompanyCompany or the Purchaser, it means shall be deemed to refer to the actual knowledge, after due inquiry making reasonable inquiries regarding the relevant matter, of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇and ▇▇▇ Au of the Company, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Where any representation or warranty is expressly qualified by reference to the knowledge of the Purchaser, it means the actual knowledge, after due inquiry regarding the relevant matter, of ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇’▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in their respective capacities as officers of the Company and not in their personal capacities after due inquiry of the appropriate Company personnel responsible for the matter addressed. The Company confirms that it has made such inquiries of such Persons (including appropriate officers of the Company) as it considers reasonably necessary as to the matters that are the subject of the representations and warranties.
