Kontoor Brands Carrybacks to Combined Tax Returns. (i) Each member of the Kontoor Brands Group shall elect, to the extent permitted by Applicable Tax Law, to forgo the right to carry back any Kontoor Brands Carried Item from a Post-Distribution Period to a Combined Tax Return.
