Korean language Clause Samples

The Korean language clause establishes that Korean is the official language of the contract or agreement. This means that all contractual documents, communications, and interpretations are to be conducted in Korean, and in the event of discrepancies between translations, the Korean version prevails. The core function of this clause is to ensure clarity and prevent misunderstandings by designating a single authoritative language for all contractual matters.
