KOSMOS RELEASE. 5.1 Kosmos hereby acknowledges and agrees, that GNPC and the State are hereby irrevocably released and discharged from any and all Settlement Agreement Claims. Kosmos irrevocably covenants that following the execution of this Agreement, it will not, and will procure that none of its Affiliates shall, take any step or proceeding or make or assert any claim against GNPC or the State or any director or employee (or former director or employee) of GNPC or the State in respect of the Settlement Agreement Claims.
