Common use of KYC; Diligence Clause in Contracts

KYC; Diligence. On the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent and each Lender shall have completed all required “know-your-customer” procedures and shall have received satisfactory due diligence results in connection with any such diligence information as they may have requested (including a duly executed Beneficial Ownership Certification).

The Administrative Agent and each Lender, by delivering its signature page to this Agreement, shall be deemed to have acknowledged receipt of, and consented to and approved, each Credit Document and each other document required to be approved by the Administrative Agent, Requisite Lenders or Lenders, as applicable on the Closing Date.
