The Administrative Agent and the Lead Arrangers shall have received, at least three (3) business days prior to the Closing Date, all documentation and other information about the Borrower that shall have been reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, the Lead Arrangers and the Lenders in writing at least ten (10) business days prior to the Closing Date and that the Administrative Agent and the Lead Arrangers reasonably determine is required by United States regulatory authorities under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including without limitation the PATRIOT Act and a beneficial ownership certificate to the extent required under 31 C.F.R § 1010.230.
