KYC Requirements and Administrative Documentation. (i) Each Lender, the Administrative Agent and each Rating Agency shall have received all documentation and other information that such Lender, the Administrative Agent or Rating Agency requires in order to comply with its obligations under applicable “know your customer” rules and regulations and applicable internal policies, including the Act; provided that such information is requested by such Lender, the Administrative Agent or Rating Agency, as applicable, no later than five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date. (ii) On the Closing Date each Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a Beneficial Ownership Certification. (iii) The Administrative Agent shall have received all the Administrative Questionnaires from each Lender and the Administrative Forms from the Borrowers, duly completed.
