Label Approval. 3.7.1 The licensee’s complete package label and ingredient statement must be approved by Friday’s QA before final product approval is given. 3.7.2 All ingredients known for causing food allergies and/or sensitivities in a product must be clearly identified as required by law and communicated to Friday’s QA on the product specification. 3.7.3 Licensees are accountable for complying with all federal, state and local regulations regarding labeling. Licensees are legally responsible for the accuracy of all information on products.
