Labeling and Patent Marking. The Licensed Product shall be packaged by Aradigm and labeled consistent with the requirements of the regulatory authorities in the country in which it will be sold, and where legally permissible, shall identify any applicable Licensed Patents consistent with any patent marking requirements.
