Labeling and Patent Marking. The Licensed Product shall be packaged by PAR and labeled in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Regulatory Authorities and all Applicable Laws in the country in which it will be sold, and where legally permissible, shall identify any applicable Patent Rights consistent with any patent marking requirements.
