Labeling – OCD Trade Dress. For Products to be distributed or sold under OCD trade dress, unless otherwise stated in a specific Product Attachment, the label and package insert copy for each Product (if applicable) shall: (a) conform to OCD’s standard labeling requirements, (b) comply with all Applicable Legal Requirements and Regulations, (c) be reviewed by OCD and be subject to OCD’s approval and (d) contain all other information agreed to by the parties.
