Common use of LABOR AND ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

LABOR AND ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS. Seller will conduct its business in an environmentally responsible manner, in compliance with applicable regulations, which includes without limitation the Malaysian Employment Act 1955, the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, the Factories and Machineries Act 1967 and the Environmental Quality Act 1974 (including any amendments, modification and re-enactment of the same) and in accordance with the HSY Supplier Code of Conduct, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference. HSY may cancel and terminate this Order by providing written notice to the Seller within 7 days from the effectivity of the termination and refuse to take delivery under same and may return goods delivered hereunder and obtain reimbursement therefore.
