LABOR CHARGES. The Purchase Price includes labor charges for labor performed during the Seller’s ordinary business hours. If the Buyer requires the Seller to perform work after ordinary business hours or on weekends, any overtime compensation paid by the Seller to its employees and by the Seller’s subcontractors to the subcontractorsemployees shall become an addition to the Purchase Price and shall be paid by Buyer. TIME LIMITATION: All claims, actions or proceedings, legal or equitable, against Seller must be commenced in court within one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued, or the act, omission or event occurred from which the claim, action or proceeding arises, whichever is earlier, without judicial extension of time, or said claim action or proceeding is barred, time being of the essence of this paragraph. Buyer expressly waives any statutory and/or common law limitation period to the contrary. WAIVER OF SUBROGATION: In case of any claim or loss, Xxxxx agrees that it is responsible to maintain, and has sufficient insurance coverage to cover, any potential claim or loss. Xxxxx further agrees to look to its property and/or general liability insurance carrier for reimbursement. Buyer and Seller mutually agree to release one another from any and all claims with respect to any loss covered by (or which should have been covered) the insurance coverages, which were required and/or recommended that may be applicable to any property where Seller performs Services and/or provides Products for Buyer. For purposes of this Section, all deductibles shall be considered insured losses. The parties further mutually agree that their respective insurance companies shall have no right of subrogation against the other on account thereof.

LABOR CHARGES. Additional charges for the event may be incurred by the Client if the University or Venue determines more personnel or equipment is required for the event. This includes, but is not limited to, ticketing, front of house, security, EMT, facilities, safety personnel, or as the result of a risk assessment. All labor charges will be incurred by the Client in 30 minute increments. If the event ends early, labor will be charged for the event’s scheduled time. If, on the day of the event, the Client requests a room set-up that is different than the one originally agreed upon, they will be billed per labor hour to re-set the room. Rates are available on the Center for the Performing Arts Rental Rate Sheet.
LABOR CHARGES. (i) The salaries and wages of Employees in an amount calculated by taking the full salary or wage of each Employee multiplied by that fraction which has as its numerator the total time for the month that the Employees were directly engaged in the conduct of Mining Work and as its denominator the total normal working time for the month of the Employees;

LABOR CHARGES. Patron agrees to begin the function(s) promptly at the scheduled time and agrees to vacate at the time indicated in this Agreement. Patron's charges are based on the schedule set forth in this Agreement. Patron agrees to reimburse UGC for personnel costs (excluding benefits) and other actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred and paid by UGC as a result of Patron's failure to comply with the schedule.
LABOR CHARGES. The minimum guarantee for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets is 25 guests. For any other catered event less than 25 guests, a $50.00 labor charge will apply. For full bar service, bartender charges are waived if a minimum of $100.00 per hour bar is met, or a $50.00 charge will apply per hour per bartender. A charge of $25.00 per hour will apply for a beverage attendant. The catering department can arrange for a hosted coat attendant at a charge of $25.00 per attendant per hour. We suggest one attendant per 100 guests. A labor charge of $25.00 will be applied per standard size banner; additional charges will apply for larger banners.
LABOR CHARGES. Labor hours shall be charged on the basis of actual time spent on each job, not on a portal-to-portal basis, and shall be computed to the nearest one-quarter (1/4) hour. The hourly and/or per call rate(s) quoted in Contractor Rate shall include direct and indirect labor charges, truck, all necessary equipment, tools, overhead, travel, other expenses, and all profit applicable to services identified by Contractor. Overtime will not be paid, unless specifically authorized by the Contract Administrator at the time the request for service is initiated. Straight time is eight hours a day. The start time and the lunchtime are flexible depending upon the nature of the work. Overtime is any time after the straight time hours on weekdays, all day Saturday and Sunday, and will only be paid for emergency or time and materials work. The Contractor must obtain prior written approval from County before working overtime except on emergency calls. Holiday time may be charged on the County of Orange declared holidays only. County holidays to include New Year’s Day, Christmas, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving Day, and Labor Day.
