Common use of LABOR CHARGES Clause in Contracts

LABOR CHARGES. Additional charges for the event may be incurred by the Client if the University or Venue determines more personnel or equipment is required for the event. This includes, but is not limited to, ticketing, front of house, security, EMT, facilities, safety personnel, or as the result of a risk assessment. All labor charges will be incurred by the Client in 30 minute increments. If the event ends early, labor will be charged for the event’s scheduled time. If, on the day of the event, the Client requests a room set-up that is different than the one originally agreed upon, they will be billed per labor hour to re-set the room. Rates are available on the Center for the Performing Arts Rental Rate Sheet.
