Common use of Labor Contracts and Actions Clause in Contracts

Labor Contracts and Actions. (a) No Seller is a party to a Contract with any labor organization, nor has a Seller agreed to recognize any union or other collective bargaining unit, nor has any union or other collective bargaining unit been certified as representing any of the employees of a Seller with respect to the operation of the CATV Business. (b) As of the date of this Agreement, Sellers are not experiencing any strikes, work stoppages, significant grievance proceedings or, to the knowledge of Sellers, claims of unfair labor practices filed with respect to the operation of the CATV Business.
