Common use of Labor, Materials, Supplies and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Labor, Materials, Supplies and Equipment. The Architectural Designer shall furnish all personnel, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and instruments necessary for the proper provision of the Services described in this Contract, on-time and on-budget, including but not limited to, telephone, fax machine, and similar items, at its facility. The Architectural Designer shall furnish the personnel and a sufficient amount of materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and instruments to perform the required Services, on-time and on-budget, in a complete, accurate, and timely manner consistent with the School District’s interests or the requests of the School District and the requirements of this Contract. The Architectural Designer shall be responsible for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures to perform the Services required under this Contract. The Architectural Designer shall perform the required Services in such a manner as to not create a risk of harm to the School District, its agents, representatives, and employees, the general public, and the environment. The Architectural Designer shall perform the Services required under this Contract using qualified, licensed, or registered personnel at all times.
