Labor Matters and Labor Agreements. Except as set forth in Exhibit 9.23 hereto: (a) As of the Closing Date, there are no collective bargaining agreements or other labor agreements covering any employees of Borrower or any Subsidiary the termination, cessation, or breach of which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect, and a true and correct copy of each such agreement will be furnished to the Administrative Agent upon its written request from time to time.
