Labor Protection and Working Conditions. 4.1 Party A’s standard working hours shall be eight (8) hours per day and five (5) days per week. As part of Party A’s management team, however, Party B is expected to work uneven or long hours or travel with irregular hours without additional overtime pay (other than his remuneration set out below).
