Labour Agreements. The Company is not bound by or subject to (and none of its assets or property is bound by or subject to) any written or oral, express or implied, labour Contract, commitment or arrangement (including any collective agreement), and the Company has not recognized or made any commitments to or entered negotiations with, any trade or labour union or employee association, and no trade or labour union or employee association has requested the Company to or, to the knowledge of the Company, has sought to represent any of the employees, representatives or agents of the Company.   • Labor Agreements The Corporation is not a party to any collective bargaining agreement. Except as set forth in Exhibit J, the Corporation is not bound by any severance pay requirements or agreements, or any other agreement, handbook, manual, or benefit book referring to, relating to, or involving its employees.

  • Business Arrangements Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has granted rights to develop, manufacture, produce, assemble, distribute, license, market or sell its products to any other person and is not bound by any agreement that affects the exclusive right of the Company or such subsidiary to develop, manufacture, produce, assemble, distribute, license, market or sell its products.

  • Local Agreements Disputes arising under signed local agreements, which are supplementary to the Labour Agreement, shall be subject to the grievance procedure contained herein.
