Lack of Agreement Procedure. When the teacher and evaluator cannot resolve a difference of opinion over the Pre-Formal Observation Plan or choice of peer support, either of the two parties may request the assistance of an Evaluation Committee. This committee will review the disagreement and will offer a recommendation for its resolution. The findings of this committee are binding on both the evaluator and teacher.
