Lack of Hotel Room. If a regular operator or operators on a hold-down are unable to secure their rest at their layover location due to lack of hotel rooms, the operator must first attempt to notify the local management and if none available then OSC immediately. Operators will be paid guarantee for one day and must position themselves to pull as much of their run as possible.
