Common use of Lack of Licenses Clause in Contracts

Lack of Licenses. If a Registered Representative fails to maintain the required licenses and appointments Producers shall immediately notify the appropriate Insurance Company and shall advise such Registered Representative that he or she is no longer authorized to sell the Products. Producers shall take all additional action necessary to terminate the sales activities of such Registered Representatives relating to the Products.
