Lack of Reliance on the Noteholder Representative. Each of the Purchasers acknowledges that it has, independently and without reliance upon the Noteholder Representative or any other Purchaser and based on such documents and information as it has deemed appropriate, made its own analysis and decision to enter into this Agreement. Each of the Purchasers also acknowledges that it will, independently and without reliance upon the Noteholder Representative or any other Purchaser and based on such documents and information as it has deemed appropriate, continue to make its own decisions in taking or not taking any action under or based on this Agreement, any related agreement or any document furnished hereunder or thereunder.
